Paul D. Shadrick, Field Claims Superintendent, Cincinnati Insurance Company surveyed/inspected our roof which had been damaged by Hurricane Matthew. Per his inspection he determined our roof had been damaged and would be covered by our Homeowners Policy. Justin Dasch, Owner Edward H. Dasch & Sons Construction, provided a bid/estimate to repair and or replace the roof of our home at St. Simons Island, Georgia. The claim is to replace the entire roof, and to repair damage incurred in the master bathroom from a roof leak; caused by Hurricane Matthew in October 2016.
All work (roof replacement and master bathroom ceiling repair and painting) has now been completed to our satisfaction. Edward H. Dasch & Sons Construction was very professional and courteous during the process. All work was completed to our satisfaction and also to approval of the Inspector assigned by Vanderbilt Mortgage Company.
Mr. Shadrick responded to our claim in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Also, Edward R. Dasch & Company did an excellent job and I have recommended them to several neighbors that had roof damage.
